Process
Five phases. Published, not promised on a call.
What happens after you buy, what we need from you, and when — the same for every package, adjusted only in scope.
Discovery
We start with a structured brief — your business, your goals, your references, and anything you already have (existing brand assets, a current site, examples you like or dislike). This happens in the project-brief step at checkout, then a short confirmation from us.
Direction
We propose a direction — a sitemap, a visual concept, or an initial creative route depending on the service — before any full page or screen is designed. This keeps early disagreement cheap.
Design
The full scope of your package gets built — every page, screen, or application, to the direction agreed in phase 02.

Review
You review the work and use your included revision rounds. We ask for consolidated feedback per round rather than a drip of small notes, so turnaround stays predictable.
Handover
Source files, documentation, and full ownership transfer to you on final payment, plus a short checklist for what to do next (launch, print, or build).
What we need from you

Direction
a yes/no on the proposed sitemap or concept before design starts.
Review
consolidated feedback within your revision round, not scattered across separate messages.
Handover
