Who we are
like-design, 1815 Rue Nationale, 59194 Râches, France, is the data controller for personal data collected through like-design.com. Contact us about your data at support@like-design.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, postal address — via the contact form or the checkout's contact & company step.
- Billing details at checkout: billing address, company name, VAT number (optional).
- Project details you give us: the project brief, target launch date, current site URL, and any file or reference links you share.
- Order data: the packages and add-ons you select, order reference, and order totals.
- Technical data: only if you consent to analytics (see Cookie Policy) — page views and basic usage patterns via Google Analytics 4. No payment card data is ever collected, stored, or transmitted by this site; the checkout's payment step is a demonstration only.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your contact-form message and fulfil an order (contract performance).
- To administer your checkout, including generating your order reference and summary.
- To understand how the site is used, only with your consent (Analytics — see Cookie Policy).
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations under French law.
Legal basis
Contract performance (replying to enquiries, processing orders), consent (analytics cookies), and legal obligation (accounting records), under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Who receives it
- The like-design team, directly — no outsourced processing of your enquiry or order.
- Our hosting provider, OVH SAS (France), which stores the site's files.
- Google, as the provider of Google Analytics 4, only if you've consented to analytics cookies. Google may process data outside the EU under its own safeguards; see Google's own privacy documentation for details.
- No personal data is sold, rented, or used for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Contact-form and order data: for the duration of our business relationship, plus the period required by French commercial and tax law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records).
- Analytics data: per Google Analytics 4's default retention settings, only while analytics consent is active.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@like-design.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights haven't been respected.
Cookies
This site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy, including consent-gated analytics.
