Before you ask.

Do I really not need a call to buy a package?

No. Every package’s price and scope are published — add it to your cart and check out. If your project doesn’t fit a listed package, use the contact form instead.

What if my project is bigger than any package?

Tell us in the contact form. We’ll scope it and quote it directly — this is the one case where we work from a quote, not a fixed listing.

Who actually does the design work?

A senior designer at the studio, directly. There’s no account manager relaying briefs to an outsourced team.

What happens if I need more revisions than my package includes?

You can add revision rounds at the package’s per-round rate, agreed before we start — see each package’s FAQ for the figure.

Do I own the files afterwards?

Yes, in full, once the final invoice is paid. No ongoing licence, no retainer required.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes, under the terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy — including a 14-day right of withdrawal before work begins, and no-lock-in cancellation on Design Care.
