Context
A concept brief for a fictional architecture studio needing an identity disciplined enough to hold up on a building sign, a set of drawings, and a portfolio site alike — three very different surfaces that most first-pass identities fall apart across.
Approach
We built the system from a single structural mark first, then tested it at extremes — full-scale signage, small-scale stationery, and on-screen — before finishing any single application. The guideline document exists specifically to keep that discipline once the studio starts using it day to day.
What we made
- Logo & mark system
- Colour & type system
- Brand guidelines document
- Stationery set
- A portfolio-site cover concept
Outcome
As a studio concept, this project demonstrates our approach to identity systems built to survive real, varied applications — not a logo file in isolation. It has not been built or launched for a real client.
